The CDC (Center of Disease Control) says that adults should have at least 150 Minutes of physical activity/week (30 min 5 days/week). We have a variety of fun physical activities, from Line Dancing to Pickleball.

Your help is needed! Effective in June 2021, the terms of three members of our current Board of Directors will be up for election. A minimum of three members are needed to fill positions on the Board. Please consider placing your name in nomination for one of those open positions.
